The exact assessments will vary by job, and some positions may require only personality and situational judgment tests. Those who have applied for more technical roles will be expected to take a Ramsay Mechanical Aptitude Test.

• Ramsay Mechanical Aptitude Test
  The Ramsay mechanical test is designed for those who will be going into engineering, operating machinery, and going into production management. You do not need to have experience, but you do need to have a firm understanding of mechanical concepts to score well on the Ramsay. There are Ramsay Mechanical tests developed for specific positions, so the questions may differ slightly from test to test. Generally, each test will focus on several areas of physics and mechanics. Velocity, force, thermodynamics, electricity, fluids, and optics are concepts that you will be questioned on. No matter which version you are given, the Ramsay Mechanical Aptitude Test is 36 multiple-choice questions, and you will have 20 minutes to complete it.
• Situational Judgment Test (SJT)
  If your job involves working with machinery, money, or focusing on customers, how you handle problems you may encounter is important. The situational judgment test will show the management team how you problem-solve, and if you show the right mix of assertiveness and caution. The test will present you with several common workplace scenarios along with several options for actions you could take. • Personality Test
