What Is VivaAerobus?

VivaAerobus is a Mexican airline that was founded in a collaboration between European airline, Ryanair, and Mexican bus company IAMSA. It was founded with the intention of bringing a low-cost airline to Mexico. VivaAerobus keeps its costs low by keeping its service bare-bones and charging for baggage checking and in-flight food and beverages. VivaAerobus is a small company with a team of 1100 workers, a fleet of 45 aircraft, and 56 destinations in the United States and Mexico.

What Is VivaAerobus’ Recruitment Process?

Applying with VivaAerobus is a little bit different than the usual process. You can apply through third-party sites like LinkedIn or Indeed, or through employee referral, but you cannot apply through the website. To apply directly with the company, you will need to send them a message through Facebook Messenger or scan the QR code on the Work in Viva page and make an inquiry through WhatsApp. Open positions are not listed on the website.
