WMATA’s Psychometric Tests

• The Bennett Mechanical Test
  The Bennett Mechanical Test, also called the BMCT is used for those who need to show some understanding of physics, mechanics, and spatial reasoning. The BMCT is made up of 55 multiple-choice questions. You will have 25 minutes to answer as many questions as you can. The test will measure your mechanical understanding, ability to figure out how things work, and your understanding of basic physics. • Personality Test
  The personality test is a multiple-choice questionnaire. You will either need to rank your responses from 1-5 as most to least likely or pick words from choices that you are given that best describe you.
