CCAT
The Criteria Cognitive Assessment Test, often shortened to CCAT, is made up of 50 multiple-choice questions. You will have only 15 minutes to complete the test. The CCAT measures your cognitive abilities, and your problem-solving skills. There are three types of questions on the CCAT, which are not arranged in any particular order.
Traits such as integrity and the ability to work with others are important traits, especially in a field that involves finance and sales. The personality assessment will measure these traits as well as identify what motivates you at work, your working style, and any traits that are strengths or weaknesses. Interviews
The interview process starts with a telephone interview with a hiring manager. This interview is brief, and if it goes well will lead to an in-person or zoom interview.
