If your application is eye-catching, you will be called for a telephone interview. The phone call acts as a screening, going through your qualifications, your motivations for applying, and your job-related experience. If your phone screening is acceptable, you will be contacted about the next step.

After a successful phone screening, you may be emailed a link. This link is to online assessment tests. You will not have to take them right away, you will have a brief window before the link expires.
