The verbal reasoning exam is used to find candidates that have good communication skills, the ability to use information to draw appropriate conclusions, and the ability to follow directions. This test will be made up of short passages with follow up statements and questions. You will need to determine if the statements are true, false, or if there is not enough information to determine either way.

 

Situational Judgment Test (SJT)

Airline jobs can have some difficult situations occur. To see how you handle things that may occur on the job, you will be given an assessment test that is made up of situations that may occur on the job.
