You can apply for a position with BairesDev either through their website or through a referral. You can fill out your application using the information from your LinkedIn profile if you have one. After your application is submitted, you will be assigned a series of assessment tests to complete. These tests are automatically assigned based on the job you have applied for.

With the large number of tests that are used by BairesDev, it can be difficult to know what to prepare for. Our best chance at success is to focus on practicing the technical skills you will need to perform the job. If you know you will be working in a specific programming language, practice your skills in that area.
