If your application seems promising, you will receive a call from the hiring manager to schedule a first interview. The focus of the first interview is to get to know you and determine if you really are a good fit for the position. If you seem like a contender after the first interview, a second interview will be scheduled. Before your second interview, you will be asked to complete some pre-hire assessments. Danske Bank Pre-Hire Assessments
Danske Bank uses the Talogy Logics Test, formerly known as Cubiks, to help determine the suitability of job candidates. There are two different tests you will be asked to take. The Logiks test which consists of three sections, and the PAPI personality assessment.
- Talogy’s Logiks Test– This test is a logical reasoning assessment that focuses on three key areas of candidate success.
- Verbal Reasoning Questions – There are 24 questions which you will have 4 minutes to complete. This has questions using analogy, reading comprehension, and text completion.
- Numerical Reasoning Questions – These are 16 questions with a 4-minute time limit. Here you will be solving word problems using basic mathematics.
- Abstract Reasoning Questions – Here you will have 4 minutes to answer 10 questions. This section focuses on your ability to think outside the box and detect patterns. These questions all feature changing shapes and patterns, and you need to detect the sequence to find the missing piece.
- PAPI – This is an untimed personality test. It is used to help determine your drive, and motivations, as well as your strengths and weaknesses. The questions may be either in the format of ranking them from agree strongly to disagree strongly, or most versus least like you.
