  • English/Verbal Reasoning Test You need to demonstrate an ability to correctly follow written directions. This test measures that ability with multiple-choice questions that use comparisons, true or false questions, or fill in the blanks.
  • Typing and Data Entry Test- You may be asked to demonstrate accuracy when typing or entering information, as well as meeting a certain number of words per minute.
  • Situational Judgment Test (SJT) This test shows how well you respond to situations that might occur on the job. You will be given various scenarios that may occur while you are performing your job. There will be a selection of responses, and you need to pick the one that will be the most effective.
