To apply for a position with any of the Green Tree hotels, you start on the website or go directly to Indeed.com. The Green Tree Hospitality site links you to Indeed when you search for open positions. To apply you will need to create a profile on Indeed.com. This will allow you to save jobs, upload your information and leave reviews.
If your qualifications are a good match for the position you will be contacted by HR or a manager. You may be invited directly to a face to face interview, or you may be given an initial telephone screening. Verbal Reasoning Test – This test is used to see how well you are able to understand written or verbal information. Logical Reasoning Test – This test shows your ability to think abstractly and problem solve. The test questions will be in the form of sequences of changing shapes. Situational Judgment Test – The SJT will present you with real-world situations you may encounter on the job. You will need to identify which of the options that you are given is the best course of action to follow.
Personality Test – Personality tests are used to make sure your values and goals are in line with the company. The questions relate to your leadership style, ability to work with people, motivation, drive, and ethics.
