The Honeywell hiring process begins online with the job search. All the open positions are listed under the careers portion of their website. You will need to create an online profile in order to submit your application. Honeywell’s Psychometric Tests

Honeywell’s Interviews
Your Honeywell Interview will start with a phone screening. During this time, they will ask questions about your experience, and verify the information on your resume and application. After this, a recruiter will call you to set up an on-site interview. If you are interviewing for a position overseas this interview may be conducted online.
The Honeywell career website emphasizes the use of the STAR method when preparing to interview with them. This stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result. Questions for behavioral interviews are best answered with this in mind. You give an example of a situation you were in, the task you had to undertake, how you decided to handle it, and the result of your actions.
