Personality tests can be yes/no, you may need to pick the answer that best describes you from a list of choices, or it may be a combination of both e of these.
How to Prepare for Hydro-Quebec’s Assessments?
Taking a little extra time to prepare for the Hydro-Quebec tests will help ensure that the scores you get will be good ones. If French is not your first language, make sure your skills are still sharp if you do not speak it every day. You can do this simply by using it conversationally, and reading French publications.
Cognitive abilities tests are very similar in style to IQ tests. Word searches, crosswords, and online apps for cognitive function can help you become familiar with the style of questions on these tests, and give you some practice.
When it comes to personality tests, you want to be honest with your answers. If you try to pick the answers you think are most desirable, you may end up with contradictory answers, which will be obvious when the test is evaluated. Instead, be honest, and answer as you would on the job since our work personalities and downtime personalities are different.
