What Is IndiGo’s Hiring Process?

To find your dream job at IndiGo start out on the website searching the vacancies. If any opening catches your eye, you will need to create a candidate profile to apply. You can also keep a lookout for any hiring events. At a hiring event or walk-in interview, many of the recruiting steps will be completed in one day. This can make for an extremely long day since generally hundreds of people are in attendance.

If your resume is shortlisted, you will be asked to take assessment tests. These tests will help further narrow down the pool of candidates.

Cabin Crew interviews will be conducted all at once. There will be two rounds of group interviews followed by physical and medical tests. The day will finish with several one-on-one interviews. You will be notified at a later date if you have been hired.

Other positions may have interviews done as several rounds in one day, including group interviews, or you may have a series of individual interviews. This partially depends on if you have applied during a group hiring event.

IndiGo’s Psychometric Tests

Online Aptitude Tests are an important part of the IndiGo recruiting process. They will be used to determine which candidates should be interviewed. In addition to skills like English and coding, there may be psychometric tests like numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, or abstract reasoning.

How to Prepare for IndiGo’s Online Assessments?

Although the CASS seems like it is tricky to prepare for, there are many tools at your disposal. Play memory games on and offline to give your memory a boost. Practice computerized flight simulators on your computer, so your reflexes are ready for the test. Refer to your old physics books to give your physics knowledge a boost. There are many IQ practice tests online. These mimic the format of cognitive aptitude tests. You can take these to be prepared for the types of questions you may encounter.

Be honest on the personality test. You want to build an accurate personality profile. Be sure you answer as if you would if you were on the job. Our workplace personalities can differ from how we behave off the clock.
