What Is Leonardo?
Formerly known as Leonardo-Finmeccanica, Leonardo is a multinational company specializing in security, aerospace, and defense. Based in Rome, Italy it is partially owned by the Italian government. What Is Leonardo’s Hiring Process?
Get started by researching Leonardo, and looking for open positions in your country. Once you find a position you are qualified for, you will need to create a profile in order to submit your application, and the required supporting documents. PDF copies of your cover letter and CV are required, as well as your security level if you have one.

Leonardo’s Assessment Tests
Leonardo uses pre-hire assessments to ensure that potential candidates are a good fit for the role and that they have the ability to learn quickly and perform their job well. - Personality Survey – The personality pre-employment test is used to make sure your personality is a good fit for the company. Your results will be compared to a model that has been made of the ideal personality type for the position.
- SJT – The situational judgement test gives the company an idea of your on-the-job problem-solving skills. You will be given various difficult situations you might encounter while performing your job. These will be followed by several options for managing these scenarios. You will need to rate these as least versus most effective, or pick the solution you feel is the best.
