For each question you will be given a series of shapes or patterns that change subtly, you need to determine which shape comes next in the series.
- Personality Survey – Personality tests are given to help the company build a profile of each applicant. The profile is then compared to a model profile that has been generated for each position. These profiles are used to determine which traits are the best indicators of success on the job, and how well test-takers match the corporate values that have been established. The test itself consists of descriptive sentences which you must agree or disagree with to describe your personality or rank as to how well they describe you.
