Reebok’s Psychometric Tests

You will be required to complete some online assessment tests as part of the Reebok hiring process. The number and type of tests will vary based on the type of job you are applying for. There are 3 types of tests that are commonly given.

  • Cognitive Tests Verbal reasoning exams, numerical reasoning exams, and logical reasoning exams are all commonly given to job-seekers. These are given to ensure that applicants have the cognitive ability to perform the job they are applying for. The difficulty of these tests will vary based on the level of the position. The tests are multiple-choice or true and false. Cognitive tests are usually timed since they are also meant to show employers how well you handle working under pressure.
  • Personality Tests These are often given to make sure individuals have a personality that indicates they will be successful in the position they have applied for. Companies often have a model profile of personality traits they found preferable for each position.
  • Situational Judgement Tests SJT tests are meant to show how well you can make decisions in the work-place, and if you are able to react appropriately in the work-place. These are often given to those working in customer-facing positions, or those going into management.

Interview

The stages of the interview will vary based on the job you are being considered for. Those applying to work in-store will be called in for a face to face interview with a store manager, and this may be the only interview required. Management or corporate roles will most likely start with a phone screening. This will be used to verify information from your resume and learn more about your experience. At this time, you may also be asked to schedule an on-site interview.

The on-site interview may include more than one member of the human resources team. This interview will focus on behavior and relevant experience. During this interview, they will try to get to know you as a person and find out more about your work ethic and personality. They will ask you about your skills to be certain that you are capable of meeting all the requirements of the position.

Some questions you may be asked during this interview include:

  • Why would you choose Reebok over another athletic shoe company?
