What Is RWE’s Hiring Process?

If your application generates interest you will be contacted for a telephone interview. This first interview will consist of basic questions about yourself and your relevant experience. RWE’s Online Analytics Test

The test is 45 minutes long, and made up of 25 multiple choice questions. If you have ever taken an abstract reasoning test, the format is very similar. Much of the test involves identifying the patterns in a series of shapes, finding the next one in the sequence, or determining which shape does not belong.

The assessment center is a chance for management to get to know your work style, and see how well you work with others.
