What Is TeleTech’s Recruitment Process?

Online Application

TeleTech’s hiring process starts with an online application. Interested job seekers must create a profile in the company’s Talent Community on their website. From there, you can search and apply for positions. Once you find a role you are qualified for, you will need to upload a current resume and answer a few basic pre-employment questions.

Phone Interview

If the hiring team feels you would be a good fit for the role, they will reach out to schedule a screening interview. This initial interview will likely happen via phone and will only last 30 minutes. This conversation will focus on the information you provided in your application, your motivation behind applying, and your qualifications for the role.

You should also be prepared to ask questions about the role, its requirements, the company’s culture, and other factors important to you.

Cubiks Aptitude Test

TeleTech uses the Cubiks assessment to further evaluate qualified applicants. This process removes human bias and allows the company to fairly compare candidates using their test scores. The Cubiks aptitude test examines three main areas critical to a successful career at TeleTech.

Verbal Reasoning Test

The verbal reasoning exam assesses your ability to read and understand written language. You will receive text passages and must use the information provided to answer various questions about the passage’s content. TeleTech employees encounter reports, emails, and other written information daily, so this skill is essential to master.

Mathematical Reasoning Test

The mathematical reasoning exam will test your understanding of fundamental mathematical principles and your ability to quickly and accurately perform basic calculations, such as addition and multiplication. While some roles may not require advanced knowledge of mathematics, a working foundation is necessary for most positions.

Situational Judgement Test

The situational judgement test (SJT) is an excellent way for the hiring team to better understand your working style, values, and personality and ensure that you fit in with the company culture.

The test will present a simulated workplace scenario, similar to a situation you may encounter on the job, and you must respond most efficiently.

In-Person Interview

Candidates who do well on all assessments will complete a face-to-face interview. Depending on the role, this may be a one-on-one interview, a panel with multiple interviewers, or a group interview with multiple candidates. You may also have to complete more than one interview.

The questions will be behavior-based and focus on your ability to perform the tasks required. It is best to practice answering typical interview questions and come prepared with examples that you can use to showcase your skills and abilities. You can also look up interviewing tips online to help you feel confident going into this conversation.

How to Prepare for the TeleTech Assessment?

TeleTech is looking for talented people excited about bringing humanity and technology together. To do well in the pre-employment process, you must show that you are a great cultural fit for the company and have the necessary skills to do well in the role.

You must do well on the various pre-employment aptitude tests to show that you can succeed at TeleTech. The best way to do that is to prepare for the exams ahead of time using online resources such as practice exams. These will include sample questions you can work through to build your confidence, practice your timing, and better understand what you will need to succeed on the test.

Those who use practice exams in their preparation are more likely to do well on the test. Therefore, it is important to incorporate those resources into your studying.
