The methods include MS Teams and in-person interviews, assessment tests and assessment day. TUI prefers to follow a more natural process in the form of a conversation, rather than a strict Q&A format. Recruiters believe that they will be able to get to know each candidate more easily. Online application
A list of vacant posts can be found on the TUI website where you can search for job titles and locations. Once you have found a suitable position, you need to register and apply. Your personal information, educational and work history are required. TUI will confirm your application with an email.

Competency-Based Assessment/ Interview
You will be invited to an assessment or interview if your application is successful. These last for about an hour and maybe online, by telephone or in person. They are held by the relevant management staff and a member of the recruitment team.
