What Is Turkish Airlines’ Recruitment Process?
Open positions with Turk Hava Yollari are posted on their website. Turk Hava Yollari will not accept applications submitted in any way besides through the careers site. If the position you are hoping for is not open, you can sign up to be alerted when the position does become available.
After submitting your application, you will be required to take online tests. You will need to go to the Turk Hava Yollari Testing Center to take these tests. You will be contacted with testing dates and times, and the location of the testing center.
If you do well on the tests you will be invited for an interview. The interviews usually take between 20-30 minutes, but this may vary based on the job you have applied for. Pilot interviews may take longer, and will also consist of a group exercise.
If you are asked to interview you will also have a document check. For positions in the cabin, you will also undergo a height and weight check. Cockpit and Cabin Crew will need to undergo a psychiatric interview prior to receiving an offer.
